Your startup stands or falls on the strength of its communication.

A great team, a killer concept and a large enough market are axiomatic. There’s no point even starting without those. Great startups become great over time, however, and a crucial component to greatness is effective communication – both internally and externally.

It has been my pleasure and privilege to have worked with some remarkable people over the last little while. My involvement has ranged from preparing C-suite executives for Board presentations to writing for the diplomatic service, and taking startup teams through multiple workshops towards becoming ambassadors for their projects to long-term programmes polishing the presentation skills of CEOs. And that’s in addition to the “hobby” of taking hundreds of speakers through detailed editorial and practical preparation for the TEDx stage. Whether it’s teasing out what is most important in a team’s message, or crafting crucial presentations step by step, I can help.

“We have regularly worked with Ralph for some years, on projects for both local and regional startups and major corporates. He delivers without fail at a consistently high level and is a pleasure to work with, both as speaker on innovation, strategic creativity and organisational culture, and an advisor and educator on effective communication. I look forward to many more occasions to pool our efforts to the benefit of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.”
